I highly recommend the gouda sandwich and my husband loved the Italian. The roast beef on the gouda was so tender and full of flavor. It has to be the best sandwich I have ever had. Really enjoyed. It was 41 for two sandwiches, a kids meal and a side of potato salad.
I have eaten at Limericks two days in a row now. Not sure what took me so long to try this place, but wow! First day I had the Patty Melt meatloaf sandwich, it was amazing. Second day I had the “Hollingshayes” and it was fantastic. The food is fresh, made with real meat. Service was fine, you can expect to spend 10-15 give or take for a sandwich and chips. Well worth it in my opinion, I will eat here at least once a week from this point forward!
In town for a few days for work and came across limerick's sandwich junction, after reading the reviews I had to give them a go.. walked in and was greeted by the entire staff with genuine smiles. Ordered the reuben sandwich which was delicious and came out super fast. Everything was so good I will be back tomorrow for lunch before I leave town. Wish they had a second location in florida. Thanks for a great lunch at a fair price
The staff make you feel like family (the good kind). The sandwiches are fresh and made to order. The restaurant is sparkling clean. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! You can also get a salad from any sandwich. My absolute go-to is the Diane's Club sandwich and then I have the sandwich made into a salad on those days I want something lighter. The portion sizes are incredibly! This is a MUST eat place! No one goes away hungry!
Wow !!! Hands down best subs I have had in a while !! So good we ordered seconds ! Great selection everything made fresh to order Great service and atmosphere. We went during rush hour and the service did not waiver. Thank you so much made for a perfect ending to our day at Ennis Tx.

Ennis, you’re certainly spoiled for having such a high quality sandwich shop in your town! The Reuben is amazing! I’m a pastrami fan and this was so good . I highly recommend this place.
My Limerick's sandwich was probably one of the best deli sandwhiches I've ever eaten. Everything was fresh and thinly sliced, and the flavors all melted together perfectly. The service was friendly and fast, and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely stop for a Limerick's sandwich next time we're in town!
